Just got my email saying my card is in production for my AOS. Sent packet in January 19th, Received NOA January 27th, Bio February 24th, Card in production April 4th NO Interview. Greencard is approved before AP and EAD. What a happy day :D Congrats to all who received AP/EAD/ Greencard. To those waiting don't stress be happy you are finally with your spouse, your time will soon be here :D

I finally got my biometrics appointment for the 18th of this month. I think getting the congressman involved was what made the difference! So relieved that things are finally moving in the right direction ?

we got our biometrics letter last week for this week with the help of the Senator's office, thank God for them!! We tried to do a walk-in, but the mean lady turned us away, so we have to wait for the actual date :ranting: and to think if only we mailed the package a couple of days, maybe just one day earlier, we would not have been in this situation :(

After the whole nightmare TSC gave us, I really thought this part would be easier.....Now we wait...again :clock:

hello everyone!! received text/email case is approved for EAD, card in process then case approved. very confusing, still no update on AP...on Saturday received another text/email case update.. very excited thought finally AP and GC approved.. NOT!! case has been updated.. a RFE is in the mail.. urrghhh they bring me up.. and they bring me down :(

gah that's disappointing :( I got the RFE message too last week, after 80 days!! hopinh it'll come in the mail this week so I know what's it about. My RFE's are on 131 and 765. what is yours on?

Hey y'all, we just got our I-797 today in the mail letting us know that my application for permanent residence has been approved!

No interview; I-485 receipt date was 27 Jan 2016, biometrics was done on 24 Feb 2016. EAD and AP are still on "Case Received", but I guess we don't need that now!

So, after I receive the actual GC (says in the NOA that it should be sent within the next 3 weeks), do I go back to Social Security and have my SSC updated/is there anything else I need to do?

Wow congrats on the little heo luoi!

I got the update via email and immediately ran out to the mailbox. It's there! Opened and see the EAD card DOESN'T include AP :cry:

So the AP must have a different expiration date then. And it could be just a sheet of paper instead of a card.

My EAD was approved on 03/30/16, status changed on 03/31/2016, card mailed on 04/01/2016, EAD received on 04/04/2016, BUT case status update on 04/01/2016 requesting RFE :( Hopefully it's something simple, already requested an Info Pass to take whatever paperwork they want. Our destination wedding is in 2 months and I need this to all be done and complete.. :)
