So something strange that maybe someone can shed some light?

This morning I checked the status of my wife's AP and EAD.

For the AP it said "Case was approved". For the EAD it said "New Card is Being Produced."

When I checked it this evening they both now say "Case was approved" and that the approval letter would be mailed.

Why did the "New card is being produced" change back to "Case was approved"?

I have just received my Green Card.

So so so happy.

We were really lucky. From filing the 129f fiancé petition to the Green Card in less than a year (9 months). Wow.

I hope the rest of you guys will get a speedy GC approval, too.

Now it's time to look for a job and celebrate.

Guess still in limbo waiting on AoS/GC....but I know its early but we just found out....we'll have other stuff to do while waiting. Little heo luoi coming!!!

Wow been a busy few weeks....Taxes/AP/EAD and a (+) home pregnancy test.

I got the update via email and immediately ran out to the mailbox. It's there! Opened and see the EAD card DOESN'T include AP :cry:

So the AP must have a different expiration date then. And it could be just a sheet of paper instead of a card.
