I am the only one from January filers without EAD approved? I sent mine in December 29 and noa1 is in january 11... I start be worry. Even biometrics letter I didn't have but I made my biometrics when I go for my son (k2). I was lucky they find me in the system.

Do you guys know if after the RFE is received by the USCIS I will receive any NOA or receipt?

How long until I hear any news for my case? I've seen people here saying that will reset and other people that just delays couple of weeks.

Any information is welcomed.

I got my congressman involved this week. I probably should have done so sooner, but I trusted the Tier 2 person who told me all was sorted and that I'd receive my biometrics appointment within two weeks... Obviously that didn't happen. Hoping our representative can get things moving when my many calls and service requests haven't done a thing. I thought waiting it out for months and months at Texas Service Center would be the worst part of this process, but no! :angry:

K1 Visa timeline: Application sent to Visa in hand: 10 months and 4 days (Texas Service Center)

02/26/2015: I-129F Application mailed to Texas lockbox

03/05/2015: NOA1 email notification

08/27/2015: NOA2! (176 days)

09/02/2015: Sent to NVC

09/14/2015: Called NVC and obtained MTL case number

09/18/2015: In Transit to MTL consulate

It might be coincidence but thank you to the kind lady at the Infopass appointment who put in a Service Request for an update on our AP/EAD.

Checked the status this morning and our AP was approved and our EAD card was being produced!!

So does this mean that it'll be a combination card and our AP/EAD card will be sent together or separate cards?

A little bit confused because when I check the status of the Advanced Parole it says "Case Was Approved" and when I check the status of the EAD it says "New Card Is Being Produced".

Our initial NOA1 was Jan 26th to give others a perspective on timeline.

I am more confused than you are lol, especially I get this after the "EAD card was mailed to me" notification yesterday. Well, I guess they just updated it after mail it out. Let's see what's in the mailbox in a few days.

My husband got an RFE and sent it back (was received on March 4th), still no news. He has already received his AP/EAD card about a week ago.

I'm hoping there'll be some good news soon. I hope the time is only paused and they are working on it now.

My husband got an RFE and sent it back (was received on March 4th), still no news. He has already received his AP/EAD card about a week ago.

I'm hoping there'll be some good news soon. I hope the time is only paused and they are working on it now.

Your husband's EAD/AP approval was really fast Congrats!!! Hopefully they will work on your AOS case quickly.

Today reaches 15 days since they received the RFE. I'm just hoping to get my EAD approved to start looking for jobs.
