Y'all I'm so confused.. Last week I received a notice for interview, that will be rescheduled thanks to our congressman. But now on day 80 we got an update saying we have an rfe on the 131 and 765?? So they need evidence for those but not for the 130 and 485?? That seems strange right?? Could it be just something wrong with the pictures or signature outside box? Any ideas?

Why not think positive ? If you got your NOA on the address on file, you should get your Cards as well. All cards are sent via 2 day priority & USPS tracking, sometimes the tracking number is mentioned on your status update. if it is not, you can call USCIS and they will give you the tracking number.

Use that tracking number and contact your local post office.

Why not think positive ? If you got your NOA on the address on file, you should get your Cards as well. All cards are sent via 2 day priority & USPS tracking, sometimes the tracking number is mentioned on your status update. if it is not, you can call USCIS and they will give you the tracking number.

Use that tracking number and contact your local post office.

No tracking number on mine. Sounds like it's 2-day priority so it should arrive either Saturday or Monday.

I have heard that if your online case status does not have a USPS tracking number, then calling USCIS can help you get the number. Let us know if you try it and it works.

I think in some cases the status is supposed to change to "new card being mailed". Don't know if that always happens, may depend on how much data the adjudicator inputs. My status said "new card being ordered" and then switched to "case approved". We shall see - we should get our cards in the mail next week at some point.

Yesterday I noticed a little 1 on my USCIS mobile app, when I opened it up, it shows that our employment authorization application was approved. I would think AP would be approved and come along for the ride too. At least it's good to see some movement, now just sit and wait for the I-485.......

I think in some cases the status is supposed to change to "new card being mailed". Don't know if that always happens, may depend on how much data the adjudicator inputs. My status said "new card being ordered" and then switched to "case approved". We shall see - we should get our cards in the mail next week at some point.

My husband was approved on the 26 and we got the notification on Monday and he recieved the card yesterday for EAD.

Just got my EAD card in the mail and waiting for my interview to be scheduled. I was hoping for no interview but they mention it online.

I sent the package on Jan 13th. I am happy to see that things are moving.
