Check the date on your physical NOA-1 hardcopy. This is the date that counts for the 75 days, I believe.

i'm sorry if this has already been asked and answered, but on the NOA1 hard copy, is it the "received date" that counts towards the 75/90 days or is it the "notice date". Because my received date is Jan 19, but my notice date is jan 27....???

So, are we allowed to/should call USCIS and put in a Service Request if it's been 75 days?

Most definitely you should call and file service request when it has been 75 days. The customer service actually told me you need to allow 75 days meaning calling on the day 76. She was counting it from 'date received' on my online status.

I just go on USCIS website and I search for service request... then u need complete ur personal dates and case number.

If they count from the received date..I have 3 months..I really need my ead card to can take my ssn...

If they count from the received date..I have 3 months..I really need my ead card to can take my ssn...

You dont need an EAD card to simply get a SSN.

HELLO EVERYONE!!! CHECKED MY STATUS THIS MORNING AS USUAL AND NO UPDATE.. CHECKED AGAIN AT LUNCH TIME AND STATUS WAS UPDATED AND NEW CARD BEING PROCESSED!!!! FINALLY SOME GOOD NEWS.. NOW WE CONTINUE TO WAIT :) THERE IS SOME LIGHT AFTER ALL.
