Not sure if you were asking for the number for placing a service request?

This is what I used: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/tip-sheet-employment-authorization-applications-pending-more-75-days

If you were asking regarding the status updates, I just kept checking my case status online. I-765 case's 'Next Steps' section showed it was 'not currently assigned'. Once the request got assigned to an officer it started showing in the 'Case History' section.

No, I know about the service request, I am asking about the number. Thanks though!

So, I was wondering, from when does USCIS count the 75 days for the EAD/AP service request? The date they show on the website "On date xx we received your form..." or the date that is printed on the NOA-1. For me these are two different dates.

Starts from the date you see on your NOA forms.

Entered USA on L2 Dependent Visa -- March 10th 2012

Filled H1B -- April 1 2012

H1B -- Approved October 2012

Employer filed our Labor certification with Department of Labor -- June 1 2015

Labor Certification Approved on -- Dec 9th 2015

I-140 & AOS filled concurrently at Nebraska service center -- Jan 15th 2016

NOA for I-140 received on -- Jan 20th 2016

I-140 petition for foreign worker approved & mailed by USCIS on -- Jan 21st 2016

NOA for I-485, I-765, I-131 received on - Jan 26th 2016

Biometrics appointment letter received on -- Jan 26th 2016

Biometric appointment successfully completed on -- Feb 10th 2016

EAD & AP approval notification received on -- 21st March 2016

Actually I just filled out a service request on USCIS website. And then 5 minutes later I checked case status.. Boom!

Just got this notification myself. We filed aos/ap/ead all the same time, hopefully AP is pending too.
