Thank you. I think it's the start for January filers to have updates on our cases, hoping it'll be mostly approval.

Woke up this morning with a text that my case has been scheduled for an interview. But what are the chances, it's been scheduled right in the middle of when we've planned our honeymoon. It's a non refundable 6000 dollar trip!! I can reschedule the interview right? And also my EAD and ap don't have any news on it.. Does this mean that I won't get them or will they be approved later today? Im so nervous right now I could throw up, what are the chances of the interview being right in the middle of our honeymoon, I can't believe it.

Ouch that hurts. Yes you can reschedule and yes you'll probably wont get the EAD/AP.

Case being ready for interview does not mean an interview notice will show up immediately - it could take months. So do not despair. On top of that, there are cases with that status update still getting interview waivers.

My case status hasn't budged.

They do have an actual interview date, but granted it could still be approved without an interview.

BTW, you may want to check those Newark times anyway (I just did and they are not bad at all)

Well, the official processing times show them working on AOS cases from July/August 2015. :) A few VJ timelines from the last 6 months show quick approvals, the remainder are still waiting or not updated. We shall see - as I have no idea where the case is, any kind of estimate is bound to be unreliable.

As long as the EAD shows up soon...

I figured we old TSC K-1 victims where due for some good luck. Halls- und Beinbruch! :dancing:

Amen to that.

The TSC time was bad as we had to be away from our loved ones - but my job back then kept me distracted. Now we are together but I have way more time to dwell on the waiting being forcibly unemployed lol. Swings and roundabouts! :)
