Hi there,

I RECEIVE A LETTER FROM WHICH SAYS " WE ARE RETURNING AN ITEM YOU SENT IN SUPPORT OF YOUR APPLICATION/PETITION, AS IT IS A FORMAT WE CANNOT PLACE IN YOUR FILE FOLDER FOR REVIEW BY AN OFFICER DURING THE ADJUDICATION PROCESS"

BECAUSE I SENT A PHOTO ALBUM OF ME AND MY HUSBAND. WHAT'S THE BEST FORMAT FOR SENDING OUT PICTURES IN USCIS? CAN I RESEND THE PICTURES AGAIN? Do they photo copy the pictures that is why they dont ask to return it to them?

hi . How long after submitting your package did they return that evidence. Im freaking out because I also sent an album. However, i was a very thin, plastic, photo organizer. nothing fancy or big, I just used it cause I figured it'd keep everything in order and nicely put. Im already 3 months 1/2 into the process waiting from acceptance from USCIS. so im wondering if i might get my items returned.

USCIS

September 12th, 2015 - I-130 Packet sent via FedEx
September 15th, 2015 - I-130 Packet Delivered by FedEx ( Delivery Notification signed by J. Chyba)

September 15th, 2015 - Priority Date (Routed to Nebraska Service Center)

September 17th, 2015 - NOA1 email and text received from USCIS. :)

March 11th, 2016 - Approval date ( routed to NVC) :dancing:

March 12th, 2016 - NOA2email and text received from USCIS.

March 24th, 2016 - Text n email ( Case sent to NVC for processing)

NVC

March 31st, 2016 - Case received at NVC ( called to confirm)

April 8th, 2016 - Case # and Invoice # Assigned ( 8 Days from NVC receiving)

April 11th, 2016 - Choice of Agent Completed. DS-261, Paid AOS Fee

April 12th, 2016 - AOS shows 'Paid", IV bill Generated and Paid.

April 14th, 2016 - IV Fee showed as Paid. IV App unlocked.

April 15th, 2016 - IV Application DS 260 completed and submitted

May 20th, 2016 - AOS and IV Docs sent to NVC via 2-day Delivery :dancing:

May 23, 2016 - Packet received by NVC, Notification from USPS confirmed.

May 23, 2016 - SCAN DATE ( received email from NVC)

May 31, 2016 - CASE COMPLETE ( confirmed via phone) 8 days from scan day! Amazing :wow:

June 7, 2016 - Case complete Email Received. Exactly 7 Days after actual CC.

June 27, 2016 - Interview scheduled!!!!!!!! :dancing:

EMBASSY

July 18, 2016- VAC and Medical Appointment

August 3rd, 2016 - Interview Date

Hi there... i send my packet on Dec 22 and received the returned photo album on Jan 2 but the date on the letter was dec 28.

Did you received any text or.emails that they already received your packet? Or received a Notice of Action by mail? Coz u said you waited for 3mos already.

What did u do? I have the same problem. I don't have a Case Number yet and I don't know what to do. 

5/27/2017: I-129F sent to USCIS

5/30/2017: Received by USCIS

6/8/2017: Received our NOA1 hard copy via mail; NOA1 Hard Copy Receipt Date: 5/30/2017

11/29/2017: NOA2 Notification via USCS App 
12/04/2017: NOA2 Hard Copy Received 
01/11/2018: NVC Received I-129F 
01/12/2018: Case Number Received

01/19/2018: NVC Left
01/19/2018: Embassy Received. 
01/22/2018: Received NVC letter hard copy from NVC
02/05/2018: Medical
02/21/2018: Interview and approved!

03/06/2018: Visa in Hand
xx/xx/2018: POE at Fort Lauderdale Airport

xx/xx/2018: Married to my Love! ♥
