Are you sure you qualify for I-864EZ? Are you aware of the 3 conditions?

Any ways, do nothing and wait, you may be lucky and NVC may complete your case allowing you to bring what ever is missing in your AOS to the interview.

Do you meet these 3 requirements?

Who May Use Form I-864EZ? You may use Form I-864EZ if ALL the following conditions apply:

1. You are the person who filed or is filing Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, for a relative being sponsored;

2. The relative you are sponsoring is the only person listed on Form I-130; and

3. The income you are using to qualify is based entirely on your salary or pension and is shown on one or more Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form W-2s provided by your employers or former employers.

If you provide a photocopy of your tax returns, you must include a copy of each and every FormW-2 and Form 1099 that relates to your returns. Do not include copies of these forms if you provide an IRS transcript of your returns rather than a photocopy unless you filed a joint tax return with your spouse.

So if you did not send an IRS transcript for 2014, then you should have sent a copy of your Income Tax return for 2014 with W-2 and 1099.

I have the same situation, but Turbo Tax does not allow me to type NRA in my spouse's NSN field.

I am going to call TT, but more than likely I am going to have to file manually and send it via snail mail.

No SS means you have to mail in. I been doing MFS for 4 years and use Turbo Tax.

So i´m not sure about all this tax stuff.

I talked to my joined sponsor and he said that he don´t do the tax before a week before it needs to be done, he done this for 20+ years.

So what do i do and what do i need to do ?

My wife has no income, i´m the only one with one and i´m in Denmark.

Okay here is my PSA. Just please wait until your spouse is here gets their SS number within a few weeks than file away. ITIN really is being used way to frequently and that's why they have put so many restrictions on it.

Now for those who got AP or denials yes get a ITIN and also as far as the passport and W7 this is what you do. The immigrant take your W7 and passport to the Embassy and ask them to get you a certified copy. They charge $50.

There you go. So anyone reading this on this thread you are close to getting spouse here so just wait.

Not for March yet. Have to wait until they start. Your late CC date you missed February. They either ran out of slots. So you are hopefully in the queue for March.

I dont get the Scandate of Dec 19, that was a Saturday.

So must be 18 or 21.

Man i hope this is the day or i will lose my mind going in to weekend, not knowing something.
