Frankjavir, case was completed Jan.15. Awaiting interview date. just received the case complete email today.. Do u have any idea when will they start scheduling for March...?

That I do not know, but you can check in Dwheels76 spread sheet, use the find function under EDIT and search for all the LIBERIA members and then you can average the time between CC, Interview Letter (IL) and the actual interview date.

Also you can call NVC and find out the date they send the package to your embassy, with that date you can track it in DHL and see when was delivered at the embassy.

I hope this helps!!

Since Tax time is starting....for those of us that haven't gotten to the point of submitting our AOS and IV documents yet....do we now have to submit our 2015 tax information or will 2014 and 2013 still work?

If you have filed 2015 already go ahead and do it, because if you interview is few weeks before April 15 they will ask for 2015 tax papers.

On the other hand if the AOS is already gone to NVC with 2014, you better start filing 2015 because you will need to show an updated I-864 with 2015 return and W-2 or a transcript if you are lucky to get before then. I heard IRS on average 8 weeks to issue transcripts after you file.

I'm waiting on NVC to receive my approved petition from NSC. Realistically, I won't be at the point to submit AOS and IV until mid February at the earliest which means my husband probably won't get an interview until April at the earliest. I'll make sure I show my 2015 W2 forms and as backup I'll make sure to include copies of my 2014 W2 as well. Thanks for your help.
