Hey guys for those who get selected with an interview date this week "good luck" and let us know when your date is!

I have my fingers crossed i should be in this round i hope

April 17 2015 send I-130

April 22 2015 recieved I-130 vermont

april 28 2015 noa 1 in the mail

September 21 2015 transffered from vermont to california

October 05 2015 I-130 approved at california

october 09 2015 noa 2 in the mail

October 21 2015 case recieved at nvc

December 9 2015 all mail at nvc

January 16 2016 case completed at nvc

Folks,

Completed AOS/IV fees, DS260, sent out documents(AOS+IV).. Are all the January NVC fliers continue posting here or move to a different forum , since February is coming..

Hoping and praying for a TON of CC's this coming week. I hope the ball continue to rolls forward and we can all reunite with our loved ones soon! Hugs and positive thoughts to all here! Keep the good news coming. :joy: I know if the 30-45 days are still reigning true, than I have another 13-28 days myself (but I can always hope for sooner.)

Yes do that. I did it on all the papers that didn't have my case number in it.

And yes do it with pen, that's fine.

You do NOT have to. As long as the documents are all attached via paperclip, and you have a cover sheet, you'll be just perfect (:But do as you like.

Will not said they its a sure thing.

But with scandate 17/12 it really likely that it will happen.

But you know NVC have been known to pitch a curve ball sometimes.

Scan date Dec 23rd. Just rang NVC, they said it's taking up to 45 days. Maybe the end of next week. Please God no checklist.
