Can't you take time off to visit him for your anniversary? I'll be doing so when mine comes around using my tourist visa.

Sure I could (wasn't in the plan). But if an interview is scheduled during or around that time..possibly, with hopes of him returning with. If an interview date occurs after that then it would make more sense to wait and go for that. Who can plan at this point...I'm just taking one thing at a time (starting on Tuesday..hahaha) and once we pass that obstacle, then the next. Washing away any expectations away that I had in my head and going with the flow.

Maybe their system is running a nightly batch job to update case status's.

Ok thank you for the response.

When I checked earlier today it still said paid. I check at once or twice to see if my IV changed to paid. Tonight is when I noticed it had changed.

Check again either later on tonight or first thing in the morning. I would venture to say something is being updated.

Yup....I completely understand....it's nerve wracking to plan vacation getaways when it may be his time to be scheduled for interview etc. My docs were only scanned on Tues so I'm taking a gamble here and booked tickets to travel for 3wks starting the 4th week in March (the Sat prior to Easter weekend) until the 2nd week in April. Our CC is averaged to be 4th Mar - that's the 45-day marker....interviews are given approx 40-50 days after this by my country's consulate (based on prior stats seen)....so hopefully, I'm safe :D

If not you can always call the airline and state the circumstances and see if a nice person will cut you a break on rescheduling fees.

Well it's JetBlue and we've rescheduled before when my husband traveled to see me at 1 point in time. They give no hassle in changing dates but they don't refund the credit card...they put it as "fare credit" on the website to be used within 1yr of the issue date for other trip purchases.
