Be optimistic, I just checked Dwheels76' spread sheet and found 20 cases with CC after January 2015 that had their interview under 90 days from CC. Be :D:D:D:D:D and not :(:(:(:(:(:( and :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

Thanks Frankjavir...I'm okay either way.??? I knew going in..its a process. You just have to ride it out (just a hard pill to swallow--initially).7

Last CC had scandate Dec 10th. But that was 2 days ago or something like that.

So i´m hoping they are working on Dec 12-13 now, then my wait is shorter then Dec 11-12.

That´s all :)

EDIT: btw i have a very dark humor, you will not miss it when i use it :)

Well, I have not checked into VJ since about mid-October when the USCIS finally approved our petition, but my wife sure has been checking and her mood varies based on what she sees. All I have done is call in to find out if the case is completed because I try to busy myself with other things and just let the days sail by without thinking too much about all of this. With each step of the way, it has been “hurry up and wait.” She is so down in the dumps right now as we are at day 34 of the “30-45 days” window.

The other worry we have is the dreaded “checklist” which can hold up the process even longer UNLESS it is something they ask you to simply get and take to the interview. Then, since I don’t see many Guyana cases about the place, we have no idea what the going time is for interview dates from Guyana. I was hoping it was more like 1.5 to 2 months, but who knows now. But, before we even think that far, we have to first get past the NVC and it seems they can checklist you if you breathe too hard even though we triple-checked everything, signatures and all. Interestingly enough, my wife met an American Citizen in Guyana two days ago who is there for an interview and the embassy. They were told to come back for a new apt to provide more proof. Guess I am going to ask him how long it took them to go from CC to interview.
