Thx Frankjavir, but those numbers dont match with my math

I see in the case complete to interview form dates from people who filing at amsterdam over the last 3 years

An average of 45 days from of case complete till interview. This plus an estimate of say 80 days at the nvc it comes out for me on 120 days how can the stats then say 248 days... :s haha

Yes it's my spreadsheet what's your point? Interview assignment depends on two things when you got it and when they so scheduling. Right now February is done for embassies. So the queue is stacking up for arch.

You should be happy you aren't interviewing at Jamaica or Egypt both having a 4 to 5 month wait AFTER Case Complete.

But is that because some people dont update there cases on visajourney?

I did that and that average is around 45 days so lets hope that this is more accurate ill keep u and the site up to date :) thx

Of course many people DON'T update their timelines or don;t even have a timeline. I use to chase people down but no more. All I ask is for people go fill out the form or come to the interview thread many don't bother with the form so I have to read through a multitude of emails and post to get CC's I monitor when interviews are announced (believe me I have ears to the ground like no other) and I update.

Right now Netherlands is not scheduling. March scheduling announcements should start probably end of next week or first week in February.

I just checked the spread sheet, there are 17 cases since 2013, I will say your guess of 45 days is very close. I saw few 70 days, few 20s and most are around 40s.

Of course not everyone in the world is in VJ, not every member in VJ shares and files timelines, not all VJ members participate in Dwheel76's spread sheet. But the numbers are good enough as a statistical scientific sample.

Like I been told by Department of State and the embassy. Whatever # of folk you see for your embassy times that times about 10. I know Lagos for instance does about 5 to 10 IR1/CR1 interviews a day. Now I know personally today 5 couples who actually are here on VJ with interviews at Lagos today. So imagine the # not on VJ.

Each CO does about 100 to 125 interviews a day B1/B2. F1. H1B, IR1/CR1, K1 daily. Imagine.

I kinda freaked out when i looked at the file and saw the last couple of Jordanians still waiting for their interview, Turns out they already had the interview assigned they just never bothered to update it on the excel document. We appreciate what you do and all the time you put in to try to help out in the forum. Its sad to see so many people spend so much time gathering information and data yet don't bother spending minutes entering their information.

Nope that I do not know specifics on every embassy. That would be pretty intense. Sorry.

It happened to me as well. It would not affect you to have your IV fee available for payment. But it will for your DS 260 application.

My husband went to check the DS 261 and it changed to incomplete. Of course, I knew that he shouldn't have look into it.

But we were able to pay for IV fee without any issue. But after a week, the DS 260 was still unavailable. So I called NVC, and the rep told me that I needed to resubmit the DS 261. And right after I did that, DS 261 changed to complete and the DS260 was available.

NVC use to be real knowledgeable but seems we here on VJ know more then they do with the process. LOL.

Many times I would call say something ask, and it was "How did you know about that like SCAN date, Case Complete, even when petition leave for embassy. It's funny.

If anyone gets Gus at NVC you ask him whatever you want That man needs to be running NVC. He is sweet, kind and knowledgeable.

Okay I have had my coffee and not so bitchy now. Sorry for my tone. But I have like 300 posts to read and catch up on some threads. hehe

Timeline

@ dwheels76...well after I shudder some tears and picked my heart off the floor for reading the post about Jamica's interview timeline...I can now compose myself to say this....

One is never fully aware of a situation or circumstance until it happens to them. Low and behold, I never imagined that I would be thrusted into immgration (debate) until I met the love of my life. If it were not for happen stance, I would have never come across this site, never been so informed or encouraged as I have been since joining. Although, I have little input or posts, I try my best to get abreast on everything going on her. So, I personally thank you for everything you do and have done. I think you should run for President!? seriously, I think that your insight could be most helpful in the immigration arena and should consider joining the fight on this very discussion. The time and efforts you and others have out in is truly invaluable..especially to a novice such as myself. I've learned more in the past months about this process And am glad I elected to do it all myself verses going through a "professional." I thank you dwheels76! Enjoy your cup(s) of Joe!
