yup and now you know they are working on Dec 10th Scan date

If that holds up, i will hopefully get my CC on Feb 3th.

But i still think they are working more then 1 day pr day and even some days apart depending on the embassy :)

It's my day today i am so happy Case Complete....3 N/A's finally

Scan Date: Dec 10, 2015

Case Complete: Jan 19th, 2016 @12.00 PM CST exact as i was just checking every 5 min....

Thanks everybody for support....I am feeling so relieved.... I have many friends here and had many good conversations and really loved there knowledge and discussion.....

Specially thanks to Fankvijir and Sorenhelmer.... I hope you guys get a CC too very soon.....

I called NVC last night and confirmed Case Complete. So yes, within one week of submitting my forms electronically it was done. Maybe we just got lucky as there was no request for an expedite.

We are under supervisor for the ds260 form***.


Does anybody know how long this would take? the rep said it would be fast because all other documents were fine, but 2 weeks have passed already.


Would it help to call more? And try to speak to a supervisor?


I'll be thankful for any experience / suggestion !





*** long story short, we couldn't submit it forever due to an error on the website. then we got checklisted for it. after 30 days it was not reviewed yet, we called and put on supervisor review on January the 4th.

one question to soeren,

Why is ur scan date 10 days after you send the documents??

My packet was stuck in sorting center in Chicago for 7 days.

So i was unlucky like that.

We were put on Supervisor Review because they took a long time to review our DS260. However, it didn't add extra time since our paperwork was ok. CC in 40 days.

Hi Stone23, thanks. Do you mean 40 days from the moment you were put on supervisor review? Or 10 days from that (adding the 30 from the scan date)?

We were put on Supervisor Review because they took a long time to review our DS260. However, it didn't add extra time since our paperwork was ok. CC in 40 days.
