Its been a week as of today and my ds-261 hasn't been able to be reviewed yet. Today is also out 6 month wedding anniversary :clock::cry:

Yes I just called them they said my case isn't opened yet to wait two days.

:( I hope we get it soon. I am panicking by now. I try to focus on work and studies but my mind is at NVC...so anxious! I´ll follow your timeline for updates.

07/18/2014: We moved in together s2
08/23/2014: Got married
Nov./2014: Sent AOS packages (I was living in the US)
Dec. 2014: Biometrics (didn´t go through)
Jan. 2015: Biometrics for the second time (didn´t go through again)
Feb. 2015: Biometric for the third time!!!!! (it went through this time)
03/06/2015: Interview scheduled ----> didn´t happen due to inclement weather
05/13/2015: I returned to Brazil :´(
06/19/2015: Our former AOS + I-130 were denied
08/14/2015: We filed our new I-130 for CR-1 visa

Progress! Just got off the phone with a case number and invoice number! NVC received 12/16.

Married September 2015 in Canada after living with my now-husband for 2 years in Toronto
I-130 mailed from Toronto: 10/30/15
I-130 received: 11/3/15
NOA1 via email: 11/5/15 - case routed to CSC
NOA1 via snail mail: 11/17/15

NOA2 via email: 12/9/15!!!!!

NOA2 via snail mail: 12/16/15

NVC received case: 12/16/15

Case # and IIN over the phone: 1/4/16, assigned 12/29/15

DS-261 submitted and AOS fee paid: 1/4/16

DS-261 reviewed over the phone: 1/8/16

Sent AOS and IV documents, received and paid IV fee: 1/11/16

Scan date: 1/12/16

DS-260 unlocked and completed: 1/13/16

Case complete: 2/18/2016

Interview date: 4/12/2016 -- visa approved!

CEAC status issued: 4/13/16

Arrival in US: 4/29/2016 !!!!!!

Case number/invoice received dec.30th paid AOS fee today and did choice of agent :)... now waiting for Iv fee to show so i can pay that and waiting on my husband to send me some papers :)

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: STK201583XXXX filed by Astrid on behalf of Soeren Helmer Jensen.

Thank you for your patience. We sent your request to the U.S. Embassy in Sweden. However, they cannot expedite this case. To be fair to all applicants, the Department of State schedules immigrant visa interviews in the order that the cases complete processing at the NVC.

We will continue to work with you on this case. After we receive the required fees and review the documents, we will schedule a visa interview appointment according to the capacity provided by the U.S. Embassy.
