Hi and Happy New Year! Unfortunately NVC has increased the waiting period for Case Complete to 45 days. From what I see on your timeline, you sent your docs on 12/10 so I'm guessing your scan date is about a week after that.

You will most likely get case complete at the end of January/first week of February. You can wait for them to email you (which will probably take a week or so) or check for 3 N/As on ceac/start calling around the end of January.

A week after that you will receive instructions for your interview, when the interview takes place depends on the embassy.I would say most likely 1-2 months but check other timelines from your country and see how it worked for them..Good luck!

How long after cc did you get your interview date?

Today is my 30 day mark at NVC after my scan date... :( Ok come on NVC give us all good news please...

just for giving you an idea

Nvc checklist recieved notification (12/9): They stated they have recieved at 12/4

3 rd NA: 1/11

Still no notification email about CC

I talked to my lawyer and she has just said ''The fee payments and documents are processed. We are waiting for the interview date''

So either she talked to NVC and got the confirmation about CC or she is estimating like that.

Anyways eventhough my case seems to be completed (with 3rd NA) , I have not recieved any notification from them.

Good luck

Hi Shala6... So do you know what is ur scan date i see that you send the docs on Dec 10... did you get an email stating when did they received your mail...Then from that day count 30 to 45 days after 30 days keep on calling every other day and watch the ceac site for 3 N/A's... Once you see that call NVC to confirm case complete...

Also right now just from following the thread i can say that they are working on mail received between Dec 4 to Dec 11th.... I am seeing people whose mail was received on Dec 7th getting CC so i am suspecting by end of next week you should get some answer or case complete if everything was OK with your documents.

I got a email New Year's Day saying to allow 30 days from Dec 14, so Im guessing the 14 is my scan date.. I hope I hear something this week like an approval. Thank you so much for replying.

I will just say to all:

Remember it´s all "estimate" - "guessing" - "i think" in here.

No one knows 100% how it goes, not even if you got a good talk to a operator or your lawyer is good.

Not even the operators knows it, they know some and then tells what they can see on screen.

Woo-Hoo!! Checked CEAC today and it took longer than usual to log in, then BAM! 3 N/A's!!! I called NVC to ask if something changed and she said my case is being finalized as the N/A is there but greyed out. She said we should be getting an email in the next 5 - 7 days regarding the interview in Montreal. I started crying at my desk at work.. lol

The hubby completed the DS-260 last Wednesday and I submitted the supporting docs via email last Thursday.
