Do we nèed both pay stubs and employers letter or could it be either for the aos package?

Employment letter and pay stubs:

Item Number 2. Current Individual Annual Income. Enter your current, individual, earned or retirement, annual income that you are using to meet the requirements of this affidavit and indicate the total in the space provided. You may include evidence supporting your claim about your expected income for the current year if you believe that submitting this evidence will help you establish ability to maintain sufficient income. You are not required to submit this evidence, however, unless specifically instructed to do so by a U.S. Government official. For example, you may include a recent letter from your employer, showing your employer’s address and telephone number, and indicating your annual salary. You may also provide pay stubs showing your income for the previous six months. If your claimed income includes alimony, child support, dividend or interest income, or income from any other source, you may also include.

What the ***** is going on at NVC???

I just got my Welcome Letter (ACL) over a month after it was dated...

By email or regular snail mail?

I received mine by email one day after I filed Ds-261.

If thats how they work i will be calling every day from now to CC.

Well I just received the scan date email yesterday after more than three weeks. Fingers crossed for CC email next!

What is your scan date?

Your Status will not change at NVC until you get Interview and your Case file sent to embassy. If you watch it you may see it change to "IN TRANSIT". Once it arrives at embassy and scanned in Status will say "READY" and You will start having Case Status update dates applied.

Until than it will say "AT NVC"

You will also see "Administrative Processing" and "Returned to NVC" as to other options.

I'm really happy to see most of you getting cc this month. I hope I get mine this week.. Do you guys happen to know after you get 3 n/a how long it takes to find out interview date? I hope it goes fast from here. On the 13 it will be one month since my scan date. Let's hope it's a good week for us and a fast process..

It all depends on the Embassy.

But from what i have seem so fare and it can be way off 2-4 weeks after CC.

Why can't things happen within days, but weeks. Maybe NVC will start working faster same as the embassy. Hopefully.

Remember its up to 45 days now. 1-2 weeks more. But I hope you get it this week then im not long behinde. ☺

Well thats just how they roll ?

They sent me a email one New Year's Eve saying 30 days haha I'm hoping not 45 days but I know that it could take up to that but I'm thinking shorter.. Hopefully we all get it before our 30 day mark.
