The Operator told my wife they only give out date once a month.

So i may be lucky that they first started today with new dates.

Anyone got a checklist for tax transcript ?

i knew people get checklist for i-864/864a forms, but still haven't seen people get checklist for tax transcript yet. What does it say specifically? I'm worried if we are getting a checklist too after waiting so long. Btw, this checklist you are asking about is not of your case right? Is it the checklist from your friend's case with the 12.17 scan date?
