Scan date 22nd of December. Just got our 3rd N/A.

Did you also have a checklist Orhanzo ?

It looks like that had two and maybe they do them before "non checklist" cases.

April 17 2015 send I-130

April 22 2015 recieved I-130 vermont

april 28 2015 noa 1 in the mail

September 21 2015 transffered from vermont to california

October 05 2015 I-130 approved at california

october 09 2015 noa 2 in the mail

October 21 2015 case recieved at nvc

December 9 2015 all mail at nvc

January 16 2016 case completed at nvc

What the is going on at NVC.

New scandate after calling them just now.

They scanned my packet, that's was sent as 1 packet as 2...

So now they "just" got the 2nd scandate in there system and now its the Dec 28th.

So now i can wait 14 days more....

Man i hate this ###### .

What the #### is going on at NVC.

New scandate after calling them just now.

They scanned my packet, that's was sent as 1 packet as 2...

So now they "just" got the 2nd scandate in there system and now its the Dec 28th.

So now i can wait 14 days more....

Man i hate this ###### ####.

My situation is similar. NVC rep told me – we have two pieces of mail from you. One from Dec 21, the other from Dec 31. However, I have only one email from them stating my scan date was Dec 21. Depending on where the countdown actually began, review should be complete by Feb 3 or Feb 13.

You will have scan dates for the 24th (half day) and then should jump to the 28th which was the following Monday. I highly doubt anybody was working that weekend. Edited by Gobucks!

True but I believe there are some Dec 22nd scan dates that are still awaiting CC. So I would almost venture to say 22/23 Monday, 23/24 Tuesday etc.. Just a thought..even though I like your estimation better.

I've called 3 times and was confirmed each time that my "documents were rec'd 12/31."

Me: Is this the date they entered the system

NVC: Yes

Me: So, this is date I should use for when the 40-45 day countdown.

NVC: Yes, the clock starts from this date.

Now reading others, I am tempted to call back (yet afraid of what I will hear) to confirm yet again. Mind you, I called and confirmed this date last Friday but the guy randomly threw out a January date which was the first I heard of it but he confirmed that "the clock starts 12/31.

Ugh!
