Yes all originals have to be presented at interview. Something presented at USCIS by petitioner will not be on a NVC checklist.

Unfortunately have seen many people put in AP asking for petitioners original or certified copy. These things are not forwarded. USCIS keeps all copies of everything. Notice how you have to resubmit marriage certificates

Saying all that i say this EVERYBODY who has been divorced petition and Beneficiary Please have your original/certified copy for your interview.

Better to have and not need, then need and not have.

Really sorry for your delay. But it will go fast I hope it won;t take much to get the copy.

I hv some good news now. I checked on CEAC and my case status has been ISSUED on 29/1. ??.

But on the other hand, I am confused as my 13 yo son's case (different case no but link together) was updated as READY pending interview. We had our interview together on 21/1 and was put on AP pending documents. Does that mean my son (age 13) has to be re-interviewed? I m confused. ?

Your PD is still not current. Probably next month it will be. You still have a wait. Please follow the Visa Bulletin then you can see when your PD will be current.

Last vb moved ahead by 6 weeks. If the upcoming vb also moves ahead by 6 weeks then my pd will become current. In such case is it possible that i receive the i/l next week??

• For the interview do they send you an email or a mail? Yes you get the P4 Letter usually within 48 hours of interview assignment
• How long do you think it would take? No idea how long Your embassy is the busiest in the world. All I can say is you are in the queue. Look at the spreadsheet.
• And should I do something about it? Nothing you can do about anything but wait. Sorry.

no, you must be current and not could possibly be.

Booked the flight tickets. Flying out on 12th Feb. POE will be San Francisco International. Will be spending few days in London UK on the way. So basically will be landing in the US on 21 Feb. ??

So goodluck to everyone on the journey. Its always fruitful in the end just remember that. ??

Which email do you use for the embassy?

You have to look on your embassy's website underneath contacts. It should refer you to a section that is for interviews.

Im 14 days further but still no cc email i called last week and that problem is been forwarded to an supervisor.

No one knows whats going on haha at least i have my interview date allready so i dont really care anymore haha

Case Complete letter is pretty much a moot point after getting a interview. Stop calling NVC you are no longer even dealing with them.

CONGRATULATIONS. Your son's will change to Issued probably tomorrow (monday or maybe tuesday).

See the natural steps is READY==>AP (the good kind like you)==> READY==> ISSUED.

I would have no idea. Takes more to just be current. You then get put in queue and according to your category (FB4) your embassy has a slots.

You probably will bet your date tomorrow someone with 1/15 got there's Thursday. Did you call NVC at all Thursday or Friday? Have you rechecked your email?

Probably more than people will admit.

I sold my apartment, all my furniture and packed everything last summer, so well before having my visa in hand (just had my interview December 21st). This was more because of loosing my job after they found out I was planning on moving to the US though. I would have done all of this before the interview anyway, but not quite so early. Selling property and furniture, giving notice at work etc is usually a four month venture and who wants to wait that long after getting the visa?!?! Once I have my visa, I want to reunite with my husband. 17 months in the visa process, heck no I'm not gonna hang around Sweden selling my apartment and car and furniture and stuff for another four months.

Are you planning on selling property etc now too, before having your visa in hand?
