You will get letter within maybe 7 days.

I have not gotten a email about my CC, so don't think so.

Case Complete email is released 7 days later . So 2/5 you should have.

I was thinking it was the Interview letter you get, and that works as confirmation on CC

Please can you tell me what is going on in Ghana embassy my case status say ready and I have been waiting for the embassy to contact me since 1st December till date they have not contact I keep emailing them too no reply please help me am very sad now

Goes a little something like this.

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: XXXXXXXXXXXXX filed by XYZ on behalf of ABC or filled by ABC.

The NVC completed its processing of ABC's visa petition.

The petition is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in City, Country....

of your case. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner

and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment

until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of

the interview. Additional documentation requirements if applicable can be referenced at

You need to open a thread and ask your forum or go ask K1's up for interview. This thread is IR1/CR1 not K1. And I don;t know how your embassy handles K1's. I do know they are slow about everything at Accra. Good luck.

Im 14 days further but still no cc email i called last week and that problem is been forwarded to an supervisor.

No one knows whats going on haha at least i have my interview date allready so i dont really care anymore haha
