Well thats just the point the nvc say that its not needed and here everyone is saying that i need itand in the interviewletter its saying it the embassy is sending me to the nvc and the nvc says that i dont need it.

it confuses me but at least i have the 2015 stubs and the 2015 w2 i still need to wait for the rest like the aos and the 2014 and 2013 w2's

Its just not well written out!

It would be easier if the nvc write everything out on what to file where on forhand instead of piece by piece

You need to bring a new I-864 updated with 2015 tax information along with the 2015 return and W-2.

I just spoke with NVC about this, I won't file my 2015 income tax until the very last day (April 17) she say that if u didn't file a 2015 tax return you don't have to bring a new 864 for interview, if you did file them you need to do a new 864 but only if u file for your 2015 tax return , she said that's a rule consulates will ask for the current year tax return after April 1st , since my interview date is February 18 I'm fine. Just to be save I wil bring my W2 for interview

Quote,,,,,,

My husband filed 2013 and 2014 he lived in the netherlands with me and doesnt have to file taxes before that date so he sended these in including a note saying he lived abroad for longer then 10 years and didnt had to file taxes in the usa. And that if he would file them they and up on zoro anyway. He make triple of the minimum so it was not a big deal for the uscis neighter the nvc.

I have the w2 and paystubs of 2015 in case they want more proof that he can sustain me in case of. So i guess i dont need to bring an aos but he is filing it any way just so i have it in case they really ask for it. Otheraise it stays in my bag and when i come home it can make friwnds with the schedder hahaha

Thx jcportocarr !!!

You should have ask the person that called from the embassy to call the hospital and the hospital would have called u to come in tomorrow... that's what happened in my daughter case..... her EXPEDITE was accepted in a day also .... interview on the 29th

Question do u think picking up the passport at DHL HEAD OFFICE is faster than waiting at home?
