Hello to everyone I just have a fast question for you guys , I would appreciate if someone could give me an answer ?

So I have my interview next month , my case got completed and I didnt ger a checklist , but we had a joint sponsor whose job was only three months new by the time we sent the file to NVC, in his tax transcript he was always working he just changed jobs? Do you think this is gone be a problem at my interview ? He makes enough but we only sent pay stubs for the last three months? Has anyone experience something like this ?

No i dont think so if u filled his tax transcript of the last 3 years and the 3 months stubs i dont hear any problems if they approved your application at the nvc it should be fine

I would bring more paystubs to the interview. He will have worked at least a couple of months more now between the time you sent your case to NVC and your interview, so bring those extra pay stuns. Better to bring too much papers and not need them than the other way around.

Based on your country which is Pakistan there is mandatory Adminisrtative processing you cannot do anything there at best you can hope it finish quickly but there is no guarantee that it will happen....so you will have to wait in most cases it gets over within 15 days or less and since interview was smooth and everything was ok I would say just wait for 2 weeks and it will change to issued.....sorry there isn't much info what happen in AP but looks like all cases for certain embassy goes to AP and yours is one of them.... I hope she gets visa soon...

Do you know how long it takes to get the passport back if you go for an interview in India (Mumbai Embassy), assuming if an approval was received? I currently reside in the UK and don't want my passport to be stuck with them for ages. Thanks.

as an applicant you dont need to bring evidence or aos copy's to the embassy were you have your interview.

this is allready checked by the uscis and the nvc, the partitioner needs to file this and there is no reason in my eyes to bring this with you as an applicant to your interview right?...

Actually, most embassies require you to bring the original AOS form and supporting documents to the interview. According to consulate reviews it's one of the first thing they ask to see when the interview starts. I tried to attach a photo of our interview letter so you can see exactly what it says but I'm not sure how to reduce the file size because I'm totally not tech literate. Some consulates might be different but I think it's pretty standard to require them. Edited January 25, 2016 by Jenvds
