Amazing!!! Thanks a lot dwheels!!!

This is precisely why you have a reputation. :):):)

I'm gonna go through this thoroughly one more time, and check out the wiki one more time as well to make sure I don't miss anything. Even the lady that interviewed me told me that it isn't necessary for my wife to move there ahead of time, but that some people find it to be easier; we just need to show evidence that we're "taking concrete steps" to establishing ourselves in the U.S.

Cheers, and will get back with questions, if I have any, if you don't mind.

Thats the spirit. Go get up. And thank you for the compliment.

I got case complete on December 11th, and still waiting for interview. I've seen that Jamaica takes about 3-4 months for interviews which is quite a bit longer than most countries. Looks like the only way to get an interview faster is by approved expedite request. My question is what are the reason they will expedite a case and can I just request one just because our case is complete? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

Wanted to know if you guys think I would have any problems regarding my sponsor at the interview.my husband is a student and we had a joint sponsor, our joint sponsor sent his pay stubs from last three months is this gone be an issue? He also sent his employment letter indicating that he would continue working there,is this enough? We also sent the IRS transcripts for the last three years should I get the transcript for 2015 also?

And I dont have a copy of AOS the one we had we sent it to NVC, my interview letter doesnt state that I shoul get them to the interview it states that financial evidence is sent to embassy by NVC does this stand for AOS ?

Please I really need your honest opinion because I am really feeling worried !!!

If you have filed 2015 you have to take updated I-864 to interview. The pay stubs you can take the most current if its Year-to-date. Employment letter needs to have what his title is that he is full time what he makes hourly and / or annually. And when they started with the company.

I sure wouldn't if you don't need to. Some need to to build their case better for the guidelines but if all is cool with your income or you have joint sponsor just leave it alone.

Well at interview you will want the most current pay stub and have copy of 2015 W2.

I haven't seen any sanctions. Your embassy may have not started or they filled up February.

No there are no fees to pay. You paid your fees through NVC. All that's left is after Visa is received the Green card Production fee that you can pay either before you leave or after you arrive in US. Paid online.
