Quick Question regarding the courier service. I have heard that the courier will contact my husband when the Visa Packet arrives. However, I am sure there are circumstances where they don't do this. Is there any way to track the packet online? I don't have a DHL tracking number (at least I haven't seen an email come through). Is there anywhere online that I can track this?

Also, Congrats K&K M!

My interview is in a week. Feeling a little nervous. Just had to get that out. From all the reviews I've read it sounds like a fairly painless process, but I can't help but get caught up in how this feels like such a huge thing because it means I will finally get to be with my husband forever. After months of stress and waiting, I'm so happy to be so close to the finish line, but it doesn't stop the nerves.

Ausgirl, the Sydney process really is easy. Most likely the consulate will be busy - there will be a slew of Americans in there renewing passports or registering new little ones or getting documents notarized. They'll be in the same big waiting room as you - but don't stress.

Just remember - once you go through security, there IS NO BATHROOM. Go before you clear security. There are some right at the bottom of the staircase by the sitting area outside security.

The staff was really nice and friendly.

Best of luck next Tuesday!

Sukie in NY (currently in QLD)

Just had our interview. It was very easy. They asked maybe three or four questions was done in 3 mins. Didn't even bother looking at any pictures or evident we brought. Good luck to everyone. Happy New Years.

Question asked -

How did you meet your spouse? And if anyone lam mai you two? If so why what was the reasoning?

What characteristic does your spouse posses that makes you love them?

Have you traveled anywhere together?
