I've read other reviews and yes picking up Visa at head office is abut 3-5 days faster. My husband received the call and he assumed that someone would be calling him right after to schedule medical but it was already after 4pm which is when they close. I'm going to call in the morning and hopefully get him scheduled for Friday.

Hope your daughters interview goes well :)

Hello everybody just wondering... For the interview do they send you an email or a mail?

I been waiting since Jan 4th when I got an email saying that my case was complete

How long do you think it would take?

And should I do something about it?

We are really desperate to move to the states

I am applying in Mexico

Thank you in advance! :)

Heaven sake did I misspell that whole sentence. My bad. Here it is corrected. :bonk:

"I have. They probably needed more time or the CO needs to show to a supervisor. Good they kept passport. Just get that transcript in. Congratulations."

Right! but I understood what you've said on that reply though.

Hello all I am back again with good news! After the fiasco of our file not being at Lagos embassy for my husband's previously scheduled interview Jan. 21, we have both sent emails to embassy and I requested NVC track the package.

Albeit no response yet from NVC in regards to their investigation which was escalated to a supervisor, Lagos Embassy has finally replied to our emails with confirmation that our file is with them. My husband has been rescheduled for an interview Feb. 11 at 7am!!!

I am grateful!!! But here is my question. We were told they only schedule Immigrant Visa interviews Thursdays and Fridays. Can we reasonable request an earlier interview since the error is on them? I would like my husband seen tomorrow or this friday!
