My parents went for their interview in Amman-Jordan, my mom got the visa but my dad they told him that the counselor wants him to answer a couple of questions before approving his immigrant visa. and the questions are very simple, i don't understand why would they ask questions that my dad already answered. Does this mean anything?? Does this mean he is being refused?? He was told to answer these questions and scan and email them to an email address that is connected with the embassy.

There are extra scrutinity of males in those countries,

they have additional questions, could be his travel history

or more, after getting answers and verifying things they will

make a decision

My guess is the same as Jawaree. I'm thinking that they are just trying to check on the travel history and other information.
