Hi All,

We are starting to gather all our evidence to include in our ROC packet. Our previous bank account was not joint since I think I didn't have my SSN that time, but I have a debit card which is under my husband's checking account. We are not sure how we will be able to prove that we have financial mingled life together?. Thanks! In addition, what are the things that we need to notarize or have a power of attorney? Thanks a lot

If you have wills done it's good to have them notarized.

Nothing NEEDS to be notarized.

Giving your spouse power of attorney is a good bit of evidence to be honest.

Don't send originals of anything however.

The debit card is good. Also joint bills, being on a lease (or deeds, if you own) of your home together, being listed as next-of-kin at eachother's work etc.
