HI, guys.

My son got DWI back in March, while his AOS (K2) was still pending. I know, there is nothing to be proud of, but - happened :( Thanks Goodness he didn't hurt anybody...

He paid for his mistake - over $500.00 fine, had to go through SATOP, and because of age (under 21) he also had his driving privilege suspended for 90 days. The lesson learnt. He is still under 2 years probation, but despite all of the above he got a good job and few weeks ago passed his written CDL (commercial DL) test.

By the time of filing the ROC his 2 years probation will be done. And since we received our conditional green cards at the same day (in Sept 2015), he will be included on the joint I-751 petition.

I understand that USCIS will see his DWI record as soon as ROC biometric is done.

My question is: How should I disclose all of this if there are not any questions in I-751 about child's criminal record?

Our time to submit the ROC is June, 2017, and maybe I'm getting too ahead .. But all of this really bothers me and any help and advices would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
