Sorry if this has been asked/answered previously. How often does the USCIS update their site to reflect their current processing times? On their site it stated:

The information on USCIS processing times page will be updated around the 15th day of each month to reflect current processing times as of the previous full month.

It's currently showing as October 31, 2015 now that's more than 30 days unless this is some seriously new math. :wow:

Thanks!

'Fraid so. They update around the 15th(normally the 17th that I've seen), you're looking for the most recent update at the bottom left of the page. They do update it strange, but it's fairly accurate.

What service center are you looking at? Nebraska's was updated as of December 22, 2015. Yes the updates are done approximately the 15th of each month...sometimes a day or two later than that. It seems that the update date at the bottom of the chart doesn't always coincide with the monthly updating. I'm not sure why.

My understanding is that USCIS updates mid month, as stated. However, they only seem to receive an update from the field offices or service centers every 3 months. They keep updating as they should but there may not always be a change to report. Remember that this is data that is constantly changing with application coming in and out, daily. It would take a significant amount of time to analyze and report trends, hence the 3 month change. My prediction is that Oct 31 will change to something else in mid January.

I am looking at the California Service Center and their recent update, if this is what you are looking at too, shows:

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do?locale=en-US

Field Office Processing Dates for California Service Center as of: October 31, 2015

For K1 visa, shows 5 months, which I am now past month 2 of waiting (10/28).

Is that the same info you referring to?
