Hey guys - when submitting your evidences that includes phone bills, bank statements, credit card statements, etc. did you include the times since you were married or since your husband/wife came to the US? The reason I ask is that alot of the bank statements and credit card statements did not include my wife's name until she came to the US and had a valid SSN.

Thanks!

Provide them starting from when the statements show it is a joint account. They are wanting to see evidence of the co-mingling of finances, accounts and co-habitation.

With the APA can't do anything until your spouse gets that conditional green card so in effect, you have 21 months to gather all this information.

Was a bit of a shock to learn my wife and her daughter after everything we went through for the AOS and not quite married two years yet that they would only get a conditional card, but this started in 1988. Learned about that I-751 and even the N-400 for US citizenship. Downloaded those the day after our interview and realized we had our work cut out for us.

One example is recording every trip you made, exact dates and number of days outside of the country to meet residency requirements, if you don't do this right away, how can you remember all this stuff after three years. Trying to get this info off your passport is impossible, poor ink and stamps on top of each other.

Would define the N-400 as a combination of the AOS and I-751, why do they want yet another copy of my 51 pages double sided of my divorce papers again, how do think my wife got her green card in the first place.
