Hey everyone, quick question here. I talked with the NVC and got the case and invoice number for my wife. I then asked for the case and invoice number for my 14 y/o step daughter and they said there was nothing for her. I filed the I130's together so should I have numbers for both applications? Or do they just process them both under the same case and invoice number?

Any help would be appreciated!

You have the approval on the i-130 for your step-daughter? You will need two case numbers. Double check with the USCIS it waa sent to the nvc if necessary.

USCIS states both I130's were approved and sent to NVC. I will call NVC again and ask about my step daughters again. Thanks for the reply!
