Hi all,

I've received my packet 3 checklist, completed the DS-160 online, received my packet 4 checklist, and booked my interview after completing the DS-160 and faxing in the checklist.

I went to check the status of my case and received the following which has me in an absolute panic:

On December 23, 2015, we sent you a duplicate notice about a decision on your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number ..., or describing how we will process the case if it is still pending. Your case is located at our Texas Service Center location. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your duplicate notice by January 22, 2016, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

My first concern is that my packet is now back in Texas and not at the consulate where it should be (I think???) and that they've somehow made a decision but we haven't even finished the process yet.

Please help, I'm in a such a panic :( everything was going smoothly.

This is the same case status I had after I requested they send the NOA2 again. I did not receive the first NOA2 notice and asked them to send again.

Was everything ok after that??? I just keep reading the decision and IF the case is still pending. I also thought the file was supposed to be in Montreal where I am doing my interview. Little freaked out to say the least since my interview is Feb 17th.
