ROC future applicant ... preparing the evidence

My husband applied for a food stamp and was told that he was approved however they did not count me as part of the household since I am not US citizen and did not meet the five year residency which is fine BUT when my husband applied for disability they based their back payment on my income and according to them my husband is only entitled for almost $50 because I earned enough. How come that they recognized my existence in computing the back payment but failed in recognizing me when it comes to food stamp??

I have also few question because I want to prepare strong evidence when its time to apply for ROC. The situation is I have a credit card and established a good credit score but my husband suggested not to add him since hedont want my credit score to be affected by his nevertheless I read that we should have joint bill. Can I skip this evidence or any idea to replace this item?

My husband dont have life insurance because of his condition there are no insurance company want to accept him BUT I have life insurance in my work and named him as my beneficiary. Is this ok? I have noticed that most applicant are the beneficiary and not the principal holder.

For health insurance my husband have medicare and as usual it was not extended on me since I am not US citizen BUT I have my own health insurance thru my work, I did not add him since next year he is entitled for medicaid. is this ok or should I skip this item since we dont share the same one.

We dont have travel tickets because currently my husband cant travel and need to be in dialysis every 6 hours, so any idea that will reflect the same representation of this one?

Pictures of us, family gatherings or out of town get away still need to submit??

2. My life insurance and named him as my beneficiary

3. Joint tax return

4. Bill on my credit card reflecting his phone bill

5. Copy of my 401K account summary, showing my husband as the beneficiary

6. Affidavit from friends

7. Copy of green card, marriage contract, some photos

8. Internet bill with his name, Gas bill with my name, both showing common address

9. Medical power of attorney

10 Will
