So here goes, I do not really know already, how to cope with the stress which is piling up due to the unplanned delay, however the situation is unbelievable.

I'm petitioning as a green card holder for my wife and as a result of the long wait additionally for my child.

In regards to my adventures, so to say.

First, I got the NVC number and a request for all the documents in the middle of April. Due to my fault I was able to send everything and pay the fees only at the end of May.

Second, the scan date was 18 Jun 2015.

Third, In my case during the initial review of the i-130 form my son has been born, so not only my wife-s documents, but I had prepared my son's documents as well and had submitted them.

On the 12 of August 2015 I had received a checklist for my 1 year old son, which actually consisted of filling the ds-260 and paying the fee, which was done within 3 days.

In a month after that I had called the NVC to inquire about my case, they said that it is under review and you have to wait. Ok I got satisfied with the answer as on the forums, the same information has been present.

My second call took place at the beginning of November, when the representative told me that you have to submit the forms for your son and when I had explained that everything has already been submitted I had only received a "HMMMM...." reply and a transfer to Supervisor review, which can take from 1 to 42 days..... So since the 8-10 November when the call was placed already more than 50 days have passed including holidays and I do not know what to think.

Maybe somebody can suggest something, except waiting, as it is already really getting on my nerves. I'm somehow afraid that calling too often may result in delayed review, or actually at this point I do not know what I'm afraid of as I really want for my wife and child to finally come and live with me in US...

I'm not really familiar with green card holders petitioning, since my husband is a USC, but I know that your priority date has to be current to continue. If it is and you've been waiting on supervisor review for 50 days now, involve your Senator. Our case was stuck on supervisor review for four months or something and it wasn't until we requested the help of our Senator, that our case got moving and was eventually reviewed and completed in 42 days.

If you go on your Senator's webpage, they usually have a link for helping constituents. You need to fill out a release form first, to say that they can file a request on your behalf. This form is usually also available on the Senator's website.

As of today I have received a letter from the NVC and it states -

>>>Dear Sir/Madam,

>>>The National Visa Center (NVC) received all the requested documentation for this immigrant visa case. The applicant is now in the queue awaiting an interview appointment overseas, where a consular officer will adjudicate the >>>applicant’s visa application.

Does that mean that it is Case Complete? OR anything additional may be required?

Can anyone please help? Still there is no mention of the date of the interview.

Nope this is the Case Complete email. Which comes 7 days after Case Complete. So whatever day you got this your Case Complete was actually 7 days before that.

Can you fill out the Case Complete form so I can add you to the spreadsheet. Thank you.

Another question, I had the interview scheduled for the 22 of March. But I do not understand, do I have to pay the Visa fee again? OR not?

As there is no mentioning of the visa payment fee in the required documents.

Please advice.

If you went through NVC you paid all your fees. The "Visa Fee" of $165 (they really need to change that name) is the Green Card production fee. You can pay before you enter US or after you arrive. But can not be paid until of course you get your Visa.
