I have submitted my application to remove condition on my GC on the base of marriage. My GC was expiring on 08/06/2015 so i applied within the 90 days periodbefore it expire. They received my application on May 26 2015 and sent me one year extention and also got the fingerprints appointment letter a month after that.

Its been 7 month since i have applied.

I have couple of question.

1. That one year extention letter mean the day they have sent me that notice. So it expire on may 26 2016? Or does it expire on 08/06/2016? It adds a year in my GC or it adds a year from the date of that letter?

2. Our daughter was born on Dec 07 2015. Can i still send her Birth certificate? Because i sent alot of other things as proof when i sent my application in May.

So i was just wondering if i can still add new proof to my file as it hasnt been opened yet?

Vermont service centr

Unfortunately only one person from May that was at the VSC has been approved at this time.

Currently the USCIS website says they are working on March 2, 2015.
