B1/B2 for mother and minor sibling

Good morning every one! I need the advice of anyone who has been in the same situation. My mother and minor sibling will be applying for a B1/B2 visa (tourist visa) Tho I know they have to pay 2 separate visa fees, does my mother and sister have to have 2 separate accounts again to schedule the interview? Or can my mother just put my sister as an add-on to her visa interview appointment. Also, as my sister is a minor, does she still have to be with a different companion(such as me as a guardian) in the interview as we are planning that they be scheduled together, or can they be interviewed together? Your mom and sibling needs two separate applications

two separate payments, can request appointments together

Just those two needs to attend interview

I was reading about this alot lately , i guess based on what i read that every one need a searate appointment for interview.it will be better to email the embassy .good luck
