Hello Visajourners, here are the least of what I have for the submission of my fiance now husband's AOS documents

G-1145

G-325A (beneficiary and petitioner)

Form I-485 with 2 passports

Form I-765 with 2 passport

Form I-131 with 2 passports

Copy of certified marriage certificate

Copy of beneficiary passport data page and entry stamp

Copy of beneficiary I-94 record

Copy of beneficiary and petitioner birth certificates

Copy of beneficiary medical vaccination documentation

Copy of I-797 (approval notice)

Copy of petitioners U.S passport data page and citizenship

Proof of photographs for wedding

Form I-864 (Affidavit of support)

Copy of sponsor's citizenship certificate

Copy of sponsor's employment letter and bank statement

Copy.of sponsor's IRS transcripts

I plan submitting the form today, and pls do I have to buy 2 money orders FOR the processing? Is it going to be split or just one $1,070 or buy $985 and $85 for biometrics

2. Im using my parents as the cosponsor, they file together, but since it's only one person I can use for a cosponsor, I will use my dad's info, but I didn't see his complete W2, and he doesn't keep his pay stubs either.I only saw 2012 and2014, but not 2013. Can I just use his IRS transcripts???Thanks for the responses

3. Will I.choose the option the only sponsor or.the first of two.sponsors.for my.dad??

1. One check is fine.

2. If they file together, your mom can complete an I-864A as a household member. That way, you can use their combined income. If you use only your dad's income then you'll need to provide his 2014 W2s. Yes, tax transcripts are best and you only need to submit tax transcripts for the most recent year.

3. You will choose option 1d for your dad.

I was under the impression that this wasn't necessary or expected at AOS stage? After all, many K1s arrive, get married, and file for AOS in a very short time span, which isn't enough time to co-mingle finances. Of course you would provide all of these when you remove conditions on your permanent residency.

K1 Visa timeline: Application sent to Visa in hand: 10 months and 4 days (Texas Service Center)

02/26/2015: I-129F Application mailed to Texas lockbox

10/09/2015: Received Packet 3 in the mail!

12/16/2015: K1 Interview in Montreal (111 days from NOA2, 293 days total): Approved!

12/18/2015: CEAC status changed to Nonimmigrant Ready

12/21/2015: CEAC status changed to Nonimmigrant AP

12/24/2015: CEAC status changed to ISSUED! Merry Christmas!!

12/30/2015: Visa in hand

02/29/2016: Still haven't received biometrics letter, Filed service request

03/30/2016: After more calls to Tier 2 and 2 service requests, letter still not received, USCIS said no appointment has been scheduled. Reached out to Congressman.

I believe it's somewhat expected to have some of them.

You already have everything you need to submit your AOS application but it will be nice if you can include a cover page which make it much easier for the interviewer to go through your application. See the attached document below:Cover Letter.doc

These are not needed with the initial application. Keep these for the interview.

The only proof of marriage/relationship that is needed with the initial I-485 submission is a copy of the marriage certificate. If you have an interview, THEN bring the co-mingling joint account, co-habitation documents with you to the interview.
