Fiancee's Mailing Address and Address Abroad on I-129F

I have a question regarding how to properly fill out my fiancée's 'Mailing Address' and 'Address Abroad' on I-129F. Her case is a bit complicated. She is a Chinese national and currently a college student at a university in South Korea. We met in South Korea when I was stationed there (I am in the U.S. Army) and we got engaged this Oct in her hometown in China.

The issue we are facing is, she's now living in South Korea on a Korean Student Visa, and once she graduates next March, she'll have to move back to her hometown in China. Our initial plan was to use her current residential address in South Korea as her 'address abroad', her Chinese permanent address as the 'mailing address', and she'll apply for the actual K-1 visa at US Consulate in Guangzhou, China, as we have figured out that we will not likely to get NOA2 in Mar even if we submit the application packet right now (I am in Kansas), according to current K-1 processing time.

However I am worried if filling in this way may cause confusion with USCIS, is it better to use her current Korean address as both the 'address aboard' and 'mailing address' and then change/update them next Mar when she actually moves back to China?

I also noticed that the note right beside I-129F, Blocks 36, which says 'Designation of a US embassy or consulate outside the country of your fiancée's last residence does not guarantee acceptance for processing by that foreign post.' Does it mean that my fiancée may have to apply for the actual K-1 visa at a US embassy/consulate in South Korea, not in China, even if she will move back to China in next Mar? (because she cannot put a future address in China on G-325A at this moment).

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

suppose we list London consulate but circumstances are such that she will have to interview in India. Do we have to go through some other process later on to get the consulate switched?

She will graduate from the college and move back to China next Mar (I don't think 3 months would be enough to get NOA2 even if I submit the packet right now). We plan to apply for her K-1 Visa in China, I wonder if I can use her Korean address as her 'address abroad' and her Chinese address as 'Mailing address'?

Your timeline is likely too optimistic. Suggest that you plan for her to have her visa interview at the US consulate in Guangzhou, and submit accordingly.

As mentioned previously in the other posting, any transfers between interviewing embassies/consulates will likely result in visa processing delays.

Thank you so much Sir! That's why I mentioned in my question that I don't think 3 months are long enough to get NOA2 and we plan to have her interview in Guangzhou.

I am a new member here and still learning K-1 process. My concern is whether USCIS has strict requirements (or how strict they are) on 'address abroad' and 'mailing address'. I just don't want to cause any confusion to USCIS if my fiancée uses her Korean address as 'address abroad' and her Chinese address as 'mailing address' (of course we are gonna choose Guangzhou as the interview place). I would like to here opinions from other members here.

The issue in our case is that my fiancée has lived in South Korea for 6 years and she won't go back to China until this March (however she has to leave Korea this March, because her student status will end at the time). So her present address on G-325A is a Korean address (actually all addresses for the past 5 years are Korean), I feel that we can't really put a future address on G-325A.

Do you think it would be a good idea to write an attachment to explain her unique situation?
