I will be sending out my ROC application as soon as I am back from my trip.My divorce was finalized on Nivember 5 after being married for about 16 months. This is what I have so far:one year tax return 2014,

I was added to my wife 's bank accounts, but do to bad luck on my job I wasnt depositing any money to that account.

We used to have Sams club members cards, but when they gave me print out it showed my new address on it.

My ex wife owned a house before my arrival, but address on all my documents are from same residency.

I was addet to her family plan with Tmobile, but after our split she canceled my line, so I don't inow 7f they can give me some peper stating I was on the plan, I was added on nsurance, but don't have cards with me.

I have bank statements from beginning of the marriage but she was the only one depositing money on it.

I have statement showing I have paid phone bill for everyone. We didnt travel to my Country, and my ex wife never meet my family. She is very angry at this point, and cant count on her help. Please let me know if there is a chance I can be approved.

The thing is, I was waiting on my GC for a year and everywhere we applyed for the loan we were refused becaue of me not having credit history. I have also receipt showing my ex wife paid for my car to be fixed from her saving account.I can get couple affidavits from friends, also my boss can write letter about my relationships with my wife.

The burden of proof is on u the immigrant to show your marriage was entered in good faith. U need more proof than that showing u lived together :lease, bills in both names, receipts of you two commingling finances for two years.

You need to assemble whatever evidence you can find and talk with a competent attorney. No one here can tell you, beyond speculation, how much proof you need or how your case will be adjudicated.

Good luck.

The evidence you have all prove YOUR EX entered into the marriage in good faith NOT YOU.

This is not going to go down easily..and I doubt you will get approved.

I am sorry if it looks that way.My ex wife was very controlling person, it was very hard to live with her.I was missing my family, all her family is here, she could not understand me wanting to go and see them.I bought a ticket and told her week before my flight, after I came back she already filed for divorce. She told me to leave her place, I left same day without thinking about evidence.
