Hello, My wife, son, and I are planning on traveling to Thailand in a few months. We just received notice that her petition to remove conditions requires more evidence of a good faith marriage. The evidence should not be an issue. However, traveling while waiting for the conditions to be removed might be. Will this hinder our plans to travel? How will it affect plans? How to resolve this issue? Thank you in advance.

hi! re-entering the US is not the issue. she will have her GC extension letter. the issue can be the boarding outside of the US. The airlines personnel sometimes is not familiar with this . you should contact the airlines before your trip.

I would be more concerned about an interview being scheduled while you're out of the country.

But as noted you have the extension letter which most often is fine and sometimes is not. I cannot say for certain you will not have issues because i seem to have lost my crystal ball. ;)
