Hi,'

I'm about to start my I-129F to bring my fiancée from Laos to the U.S. All the pictures and videos we took was through my Galaxy S5. A couple days ago, my phone is going crazy, so I try to transfer the pix to my computer. It's so slow, so I leave it over night. The next morning, I thought it's all done and unplug the usb cord. When I checked my phone all the pixs are gone, I thought it's successfully transferred over to my pc, but it's not only 3 pixs transferred through. Would these 3 pix of me and her be suffice?

We talk daily through FB Messenger, and often text through there too. I'm planning on using this to support our ongoing relationship. Should work right?

I send her money through MoneyGram monthly and will be using this also.

As for as income goes, since I'm divorce with 4 kids (x wife and I shared custody), each of us claimed 2 on tax return. So my household will be 5, including fiancée will be 6. I make $33000/year, so I'm short by roughly $8000/year if goes by the 125% poverty guideline. I have two houses (primary and one is rental), combine value about $80K. Own a piece of vacant land, worth about $25K. This would be more than enough to make up the gap, right? The counselor should approve it??? Cash in saving is $5K.

Thanks in advance.

You should be fine on the financials, assuming no mortgage on the property.

It would be good to have more pics, though other evidence (passport stamps, hotel receipts etc) will help too. Maybe you posted some photos on social media and can take them off there, or sent them via email to friends and family? Maybe her, or your, friends took some photos and still have them?

Penguin, when I met her I'm in the middle of a very bad divorce. XWife has an affair, left and wanted everything. So all the pixs are in my phone. I couldn't share with anyone, because I'm afraid they might posted in social media and make my case worse. Now that my divorce is finalized, I'm ready to start the process.

All homes and property are paid for.

I wonder due to having only 3 pixs, and have affidavits from witnesses will suffice. I'm willing to take another trip, but due to my type of job it's not so easy to get approved for a 2 straight week vacation. I have boarding passes, hotel receipts, at receipts, daily correspondence, and money gram receipts. Also have communication logs with her sister and brother in law

Affadavits hold little weight, but they won't hurt, especially from her parents.

How often have you visited so far? If only once or twice, another visit either before or for the interview would definitely be good, even if it is only for a few days.

Which country is she from? Some countries' US embassies are stricter than others.

The country is Laos.

My plan is go if necessary, if it is then it'll be for the interview and if she passed then we fly back together. I'll be worry sick, if she fly here by herself since she doesn't speak any English.

I work for a US Circuit Court that's why it's hard to take vacation. Most we allow is 1 week at a time.
