I am filing for I-130 for my wife and her 2 sons (from her previous marriage)

Also, I have 2 kids from my previous marriage and they were born US

Questions

  1. I need to file three I-130 petition. Correct ?
  2. I-130 Part C Question # 17 – “List spouse and all children of your relative”
    1. Filing I-130 for my wife : Do I need to enter
      1. myself as Husband ?
      2. her 2 sons (my step sons)?
      3. my 2 children (from my previous marriage) as her step children ???
    2. Filing I-130 for my step sons: Do I need to enter
      1. her mother (my wife) ?
      2. myself as step father ?
      3. his brother (my wife’s other son) ?

I also see u mentioned your two children from previous marriage,u don't have include them also unless you are trying to get their paper but I believe since you are the petitioner your children should already been legal in the country. You will only include yourself and your children when submitting the I-864form affidavit of support for your wife and her children.

I need to file three I-130 petition. Correct ?

Yes, if you are a US citizen.

2. I-130 Part C Question # 17 – “List spouse and all children of your relative”

1. Filing I-130 for my wife : Do I need to enter

1. myself as Husband ?

2. her 2 sons (my step sons)?

3. my 2 children (from my previous marriage) as her step children ???

Yes

2. Filing I-130 for my step sons: Do I need to enter

1. her mother (my wife) ?

2. myself as step father ?

3. his brother (my wife’s other son) ?

4. his step siblings (my 2 kids from my previous marriage)

None of those should be listed in C17. None of them are your step son's spouse or children.

No u don't need to include yourself since u are the petitioner, just list your wife and her children from her previous marriage.

This is wrong. If the petitioner is the relative's spouse, they MUST be entered.
