hi

your wife will have to fill out an i864 regardless of her income because she is the petitioner and primary sponsor

her grandma can file an i864 as her joint sponsor

do they live in the same house that you are looking into the i864A?

hi

you didn't answer the question about her grandma living in the same house

plus I'm not sure if family members who aren't immediate family members, such as parents or siblings, or spouse qualify to be a household member for the i864A

if not then she will have to find a joint sponsor that makes enough income if her grandma doesn't have enough to qualify on her own
