Why once I-485 is outside normal processing time, USCIS isn't help?

Hi guys,

I read a lot of forrum and I saw many applicants (I-485) having cases are outside the normal proccesing time frame that public on USCIS website. Most cases tried to send an case inquiries, call CS tier 2 and even do InFoPass but all does not help at all. For example, my case passed the normal processing time of my local USCIS office is 30 days, I called CS tier 2 and even did INFopass to talk to a real IO but all I got is the same answers "all is mentioned about and repeat my online status is "you are waiting for your local office is able to schedule for your interview" and at INfoPass the IO told me " you are not alone, there are many people like you". I wonder why they are able to release a public timeframe that not reflect the real situation.

I also have a co-work that he is from US Army and he went to Afghanistan in 2004 and he said the Government always lie the public, the real people was died is more more than the number they released.

Why the government is able to lie us who always padd tax on time to run the government.

This is just my thoughts.
