I'm from Af with case number Af00006*** . I have my name written as Edward o** in all my dv documents ,my police reports medicals passport and birthset bhut on my final year waste certificate it appeared as o** Edward . CAn this cause for visa denial

It could..Don't take chances. Blue Bell and Bell Blue cannot be assumed as the same person.

You need an affidavit to show your correct name.

Did you mean to say that your final WASSCE certificate shows a different name? If your name was changed by mistake, why did you accept the mistake as true? Get that fixed before it causes you any problems later.

There's already enough fraud about educational certificates in Ghana.You don't want that assumption to be placed on you.

The problem is all my friends are facing the same situation it would be reversed on the wasse cert.i can take affidavit to support nd provide only when asked .but on my original wasse cert I have my picture and date of birth on it just as my dv documents .tho I filled o**as my first name on my first entry nd edward as my surname .the consulate addressed me as dear o** Edward jus as on my wasse cert but in detailed where surname are specied my correct surname was written . I think the same thing happen on the wasse cert
