Hi there, were new to the forum. We've been reading various area of the Forum for several hours- v addictive!

We have a question, as I'm applying for EB2- national interest waiver, will I be asked to fill in an affidavit of support? As I neither have a family sponsor or job sponsor.

Will I be asked to pay just the visa processing fee or both fees.

Thanks for any answers.

March 20th 2015: submitted EB2-NIW I-140 (Nebraska)

Nov 30th 2015: Received approved I-140

CP will be at Montreal.

Dec 1st 2015: File sent to NVC

March 20th 2015 EB2-NIW submitted to USCIS Nebraska

November 30th 2015 USCIS approved I-140

December 1st 2015 File transferred to NVC

December 30th 2015 NVC requests IV fee

December 31st 2015 IV fee paid

January 12th 2016 Submitted DS-260 & scanned docs

February 29th 2016 Case Complete from NVC

March 28th 2016 Given interview date for Montreal

April 13th 2016 Medical completed with Dr Cheema

May 10th 2016 Interview day in Montreal- APPROVED!!

POE date??
