Planning to file N-400 with question about WIC

Hello, I am planning to file for citizenship next year after I get my tax return, hopefully. I have been here in the U.S since September 2009 with IR1 Visa. I am still married to the same U.S citizen too. He is in the military, USCG. I have never been out from the country either since then. In 2010-2011 I was receiving WIC as that time my husband was attending college, but he was still in the National Guard, not active duty, and I did not work. Is receiving WIC a bad thing that might make my application get denied. I asked this cause I am unsure if WIC a means tested benefit or not. I hope someone from this forum can help me. Thank you!
