Hello bro and sisters...pls my quest is about criminal record, it was missing when I went for my interview and the consular says to me that if I will approve you, you most bring the police report that cover your stay from 2011 till 15, and after the interview he gave me a sheet of paper with my name and case number to go and drop it to DHL with criminal records that my visa will be ready in 2weeks time from the day I drop it.

Please.....my worry is that the criminal record I have on hand now from the country I lived before, didn't mention from date to date, just mentions the day is issued, which was a day to the day I leave the country, please need your advice on this. And police certificate is it deferent from criminal record?

Missing? Did you not bring your PCC with you to interview? What PCC are you referring to? Nigeria or another country you lived in?

Looks like where ever you lived from 2011 to 2015 they need a police report. PCC's don't list the years you lived there they just say if you have a record or not. So go get it and drop off.

Did you bring a police cert for your home country? Have you lived in any other country? Sounds like they believe you lived somewhere else between 2011 and 2015.

I had to send in a police cert for my home country Sweden as well as from the UK, where I lived for a few years. The police cert just need to have the date it was issued and "no trace" or specify any criminal record you have. It's gonna cover the years you lived in that country, up until the date it's issued, and if it's from the country you currently live in, it's valid for a year from date of being issued.

I'm also under administrative processing, it just means they're waiting for you to send those requested papers and then they can finish processing your visa application.

It will remain in AP until they make sure all is in order and then will go to ISSUED. may be a week or months. All is okay, just need to check status and wait until you see issued. Blessings.
